The Taupō choir was established in mid-2022, and is now growing apace! After trying a number of local venues, we are now settled into the lovely rooms of the Women's Club, and adding new members every term. We have all of the voice sections covered, but are always especially pleased to see more men! 

We have a strong connection to the Auckland choir, and recently travelled up to participate with the massed choirs in VoCo, a huge community choir festival in the Parnell Cathedral. A couple of our members also managed to participate with the massed choirs in the World Choir Games in July. Singers and conductors from Auckland also travel down to Taupō to join us for workshops whenever their schedules allow.

In addition, we regularly participate in community events and concerts in the local area.
